3. Data Retention Criteria

Applications for adhesion to programs and projects

Personal data collected in this way will be retained during the validity of the program or project in question. At the end of said validity, personal data will be retained by LA ALMAZARA in those cases where responsibilities could arise with LA ALMAZARA and/or other third parties involved in the corresponding program or project, as well as when required by the regulatory framework applicable to LA ALMAZARA.

Contracts, agreements or conventions

Personal data provided in such contracts, agreements or conventions will be retained until their execution is completed. Subsequently, personal data will be retained in cases where responsibilities could arise with LA ALMAZARA and/or in compliance with other regulatory frameworks applicable to LA ALMAZARA or a law that requires their retention.

Curriculum Vitae Management

As a general rule, LA ALMAZARA will retain your Curriculum Vitae for a maximum period of one year. After this period, it will be automatically destroyed, in compliance with the data quality principle.

Other data

The rest of the data and information provided by the user by any means will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. In any case, personal data will be retained in a way that allows identification and the exercise of the Rights of the Data Subjects, and under the technical, legal and organizational measures necessary to guarantee their confidentiality and integrity.

The legal basis that enables LA ALMAZARA to process the personal data of users, donors, beneficiaries and other interested parties is as follows:

  • The application of pre-contractual measures and the execution of a contract to carry out the processing, management and execution of any of our programs or projects
  • The legitimate interest of LA ALMAZARA to manage any request for information or consultation about our activities
  • The consent given by candidates for a job position for selection and recruitment purposes
  • In case of subscribing with us a contract, agreement or convention, the legitimacy will be the execution of said contract, agreement or convention

The data will be communicated to the HR department in its capacity as data processor, domiciled at C/ Jacinto Benavente, 2B, 2nd floor 28232 Las Rozas (Madrid), and with email address info@almazaralaorganic.com, and will be shared with companies of the Viarium Group, as well as with Administrations and other Public Bodies in those cases where this is imposed by legal obligation or judicial provision.

International Transfers

No international data transfers to third countries will be made.

Data Processors

Likewise, your personal data may be transferred to third parties, with whom a contract is formalized that includes the obligations and responsibilities they assume in data processing, as Data Processors.

Personal data is obtained directly from interested persons and from our collaborators.

7. Rights

Right of Access, Rectification and Deletion

Interested persons have the right to obtain confirmation about whether or not LA ALMAZARA is processing personal data concerning them. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right to Limitation and Opposition

In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. LA ALMAZARA will stop processing the data in this case, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.

These rights may be exercised through our Ethical Channel, communication and complaints. You must specify which of these rights you request to be satisfied and, in turn, must be accompanied by a photocopy of the ID or equivalent identification document. In case you act through a representative, legal or voluntary, you must also provide a document that proves the representation and identification document of the same.
